Agreement between User and TheDopestShops.us
Welcome to TheDopestShops.us. The TheDopestShops.us website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by The Dopest. TheDopestShops.us is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of TheDopestShop.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
TheDopestShop.com is an E-Commerce Site selling hemp derived products and you must be 21 years of age to purchase.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, EMAIL SALES@THEDOPESTSHOPS.US BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a The Dopest product at a retail location, or through a website other than www.thedopestshop.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.
If you purchased from www.thedopestshops.us and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 10 days of you receiving your product. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from when the order was delivered.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids such as HHC affect everyone differently.
If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at sales@thedopestshops.us
The email must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”
- A description of what happened
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box
- Photo of the packaging slip
Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.
In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. WITHOUT RETURNING YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND DEEMING THAT YOU HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT, WE CANNOT SHIP A REPLACEMENT.

The Dopest Subscription Box Monthly Delivery
As a subscribed The Dopest Shop member, each month we will ship you a package with a different selection of items that may consist of a selection of products chosen by The Dopest Shop. Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, The Dopest Shop cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.
Products
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Billing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. Unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information, and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products.
We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Simply Earth the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that The Dopest Shop will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider's terms of service. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
Subscription Renewals
You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. IF YOU HAVE COMMITTED TO A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN LASTING LONGER THAN ONE MONTH (I.E., 6 OR 12 MONTH PLANS), YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED EACH MONTH DURING THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, EVEN IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE END OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. FURTHER, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO SUCH SERVICE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. To cancel, you must login and cancel the subscription on the Platform applicable to such Service by the first day of the month following the end of your then-current subscription period, or contact our customer support team through the contact information on our website. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. All cancellation requests received after the first day of the calendar month following a subscription period will apply to the following subscription period. We may refuse to renew any subscription in our sole discretion.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify The Dopest Shop within 5 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.
Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
Returns and Exchanges
By nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If a Product is defective, you may return it within 5 days of receipt, and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To request a refund, please contact us at sales@thedopestshops.us. Refunds are at the sole discretion of thedopestshop.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to show proof and send back your original product.
Privacy
Your use of TheDopestShop.com is subject to The Dopest's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting TheDopestShop.com or sending emails to The Dopest constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the type of product that we offer, we are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery.
To start an exchange for a damaged or defective product, you can contact us at sales@thedopestshops.us. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
